I love packing up your orders and getting them ready for the post office. I take the most care in choosing the packaging and making sure it is wrapped well. Almost all of my shipments go through USPS, so mistakes do happen from time to time. Usually, a missing order ends up at a neighbor or an old address. Sometimes it will say delivered but will not actually arrive in your mailbox for a few days due to labor cuts at the post office, so please be patient.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is paid for it will be packaged within roughly 1-2 business days and will be shipped in the order it was received on Friday or Saturday of that week.

During a high-volume time, such as a major holiday, I ask for your patients as I experience higher than usual orders. Stufficorn is just me so some items may take more time to ship. If you left an email at checkout or have an account, you should receive a message when your order is ready to be shipped.

Will I get a tracking number?

Shipping that comes up less than $5 may not receive a tracking number. If a tracking number is available, we will provide it to you. If you require a tracking number, please pick the proper shipping method before you place your order. I will try to work with you the best I can. What if my order says it was delivered but I can't find it, or the order was not delivered to my address?

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order, I am not responsible for mail delivered to the wrong address. Make sure you take all appropriate measures before contacting me, such as contacting your local post office, checking with neighbors and searching your premises. If you are still unable to locate your order, send me an email and I will look into it for you.
