Return Policy

I hope you are happy with the order that you received. I also know sometimes life happens and things are beyond our control. All items are made in my studio and there can occasionally be minor defects that are part of the process.

Beyond that I will do my best to take care of any issues on a case-by-case situation. I do not tolerate being sworn at or any other hostile actions and have the right to refuse service if this occurs. I appreciate when people are courteous, and kindness does go a long way to solving most issues.

Please leave me a message at Stufficorn@stufficorn.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment with any issues with your order. The more detail you provide the better.

Returns can only be made in exchange for store credit, and the item(s) must be shipped back. Upon receiving your item(s), I will refund the store credit to your account plus any shipping cost.

Replacement will be made for the exact item, please email a reason and a picture of the item that needs a replacement. I will honor a replacement and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Stolen cards and someone using your account unauthorized must be taken up with your bank and you must file a police report.

I will work with you the best I can to resolve any issue that may occur.
